Management skills and training
All of our program, project and country management staff has prior military or police experience supported by academic security qualifications or on the ground security experience. This includes prior experience in Peacekeeping and Peace Enforcement Operations in Africa, linear construction security in Afghanistan as well as NGO compound and mobile security and personal security details in Iraq.
Due to our management experience our security services are provided under Internationally Recognized Security Services Standards. All new staffs are vetted prior to the commencement of operations and training is conducted in accordance with International Standards.
Security Risk Assessments, Risk management and all related security issues will be done according to the International Risk Assessment Board Regulations.
