Mr. Etiene Snyman is an experienced business professional and performance-driven security professional with extensive experience in the design, development and execution of high profile security programs and initiatives for global private and paramilitary operations.
Mr. Snyman has directed security programs that included tactical planning and operations in alignment with organizational goals and objectives. He has developed security assessments, processes and procedures that driven client security and minimize risk.
He is an experienced investigator and has in the developed counter insurgency, counter terrorism and criminal investigations internationally.
Mr. Snyman began his private sector security career in 2004 after resigning from the South African Police Force. In Afghanistan he has held several Security Management and Operations Management functions in some of the most kinetic environments in the country. Mr. Snyman is a former Captain in the South African Police Force and a graduate of University of South Africa,

Mr. Mike Warren is a retired USMC Lt Col with more than 14 years experience in Afghanistan were he held senior Security positions and acted as an advisor to the US and Afghan Government’s.

Mr. Schalk Spies is an experienced security and operations manager with over 13 years of private sector risk management experience internationally.
His professionalism and attention to detail is a key contributor to developed contractual compliance and client satisfaction on major contracts within Afghanistan. He currently oversees all aspects of operations and logistics for US Government and Non-Government agency stakeholders from the headquarters operations center in Kabul.
Mr. Spies was a Captain in the South African National Defense Force where he served as a commander in several pathfinder and parachute Special Forces units that focused heavily on border protection, surveillance and reconnaissance missions.
Mr. Spies is a small weapon, tracking and survival expert. He is a trained combat rescue medic and has studied military law. He is a certified Advanced Free Fall (HAHO/HALO) master.
Mr. Kruger is currently the Security and Business Development Manager for PIRM in Afghanistan. He currently oversees all aspects of business development and client relations.
Mr. Kruger is an experienced security and operations manager with over 12 years of private sector risk management experience internationally.
Previous to his private sector career he worked in the South African Police Force for 16 years, most of it as an Investigator at a Specialized Unit (Murder and Robbery). Mr. Kruger studied Law (B.Iuris) at the University of Port Elizabeth before joining the SAP.
Mr. Kruger began his private sector security career in Jan 2004 after retiring from the South African Police Force. In Iraq he was part of the Personal Security Detail for the US Army Corps of Engineers Commander and his staff. He obtained experience in both PSD and Static security.
In 2010 he moved to Afghanistan where he has held several Security Management and Operations Management functions in some of the most kinetic environments in the country. He worked through the whole spectrum of risk management, starting as a team member, later a team leader, Security Coordinator, TOC Manager, Program Manager and currently Operations Manager.
